All peony root sales are final.

Orders are pre-purchased for pickup during the Fall 2026 harvest season.
We do not ship peony roots. Pre-orders are for pickup only as listed below.
Pickup locations are:
- Soldotna, Alaska (end of September 2026)
- Anchorage, Alaska (late September or early October 2026, exact location TBD and communicated to customers at least 30 days in advance).
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason.
If you are unable to pick up your order, you may designate someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

We collect customer information (such as name, email address, and payment details) solely to process orders and provide updates about pickup.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to securely process payments through Stripe.
We do not store credit card numbers; all payment details are encrypted and processed by Stripe.
